1 Week = $4000 for groups of 15 or less
$300 for each additional participant
(other length trips can be negotiated)
PAYMENT
10% to reserve your week
This initial deposit can come at any time and will be non-refundable under most circumstances. If you cancel, and we’re able to book someone else in the week you’ve reserved we’ll be glad to refund in full.
40% due 3 months prior to your trip

Checks can be made payable to Metro Baptist Church. You can also pay by credit card on our website (Please contact us for further instructions if paying online). Mail checks to:

All teams must provide a credit card to be kept on file upon arrival when keys are checked out. If keys are lost, there will be a $25 fee per set of keys lost charged upon your departure. If all keys are returned, your credit card will not be charged.
Check In Fee
Groups are encouraged to check in during office hours if possible (Monday-Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm, Friday 10:00am-3:00pm). If you need to check in outside those hours, there will be a $25 check in fee.
